| Your Final product will look like this |

| 1.Create New File or Press CTRL +N and fill in the settings as shown below |

Type letter or letters here it is A. Hold down ctrl and click the layer to get the selection. Go to selection -> modify -> smooth an set it to 10, then go to select -> inverse |

| 3.
With your free transform tool rotate the letter as in the image below, and go to filters > stylize > wind and set it as the image below. |

| 4.
Repeat this twice |
| 5. Go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Sprayed Strokes |
|
| 6. Right Click on the text layer and apply following Blending Option to the layer |
|

| 7. Finally your really cool text effect is ready |
